Effective date: 2026-10-01. This website is operated by 珠海海王网络科技有限公司 (HaiWang Tech). The app seller and licensor will be identified by its Mac App Store listing; the website operator is not a statement of the App Store seller name.
Local playback
Cinelith does not require an account and has no advertising, analytics SDK, automatic diagnostic uploads or app-operated server receiving viewing activity. It reads only media, subtitles and folders authorized through macOS. Original videos and subtitles are not changed.
What the app stores
Settings, playback progress, recent-file references, security-scoped bookmarks, file identities and audio/subtitle preferences are stored locally in the app’s macOS container. Converted subtitle copies are temporary and removed when the decoder using them is released. You can disable recording for a session or clear history. A private session does not erase existing history or disable macOS services.
Diagnostics and support
Diagnostics are previewed before you choose to save a local file. Nothing is sent automatically. If you voluntarily email horms@yaumoai.com, we use the information you send to respond to that request. Review attachments before sending; please avoid private media and unredacted personal paths.
This website
This static site has no login, file upload, analytics scripts, tracking cookies or third-party web fonts. The server processes technical connection data, including IP addresses, to serve requests; this site is configured without an access log. Necessary server error/security records may still contain technical request details. This is distinct from the app’s local playback data.
Apple and other services
Apple handles App Store purchases and macOS services under its own terms. If you select a cloud-synced folder, that service follows its own policy. External websites and your email provider also have separate policies.
